Items will be shipped by a large tractor trailer and you must be available to accept delivery. Extra shipping options are available such as help to load the furniture into the building and even set the item up and remove packaging. These services cost extra. Otherwise you must meet the truck and carry items and set up on your own.

If the item(s) is damaged from the shipping process then do not accept delivery and have it sent back. Make a note of damage on the shipping invoice. Any other issues must be reported within 4 business days.

Old Hickory furniture orders must be paid in full before delivery will take place. We charge for the item(s) at the time of the order. We do not split the charges into payments in order to save on credit card fees and staff time.
 
Lead time on Old Hickory Furniture products is 6 to 8 weeks. These pieces are crafted just for you after you order, and quality takes time.
